In short

  • You receive money with a payment request link
  • You cannot put a bank account number in a QR code
  • Create the payment request with your bank
  • Copy that link and paste it into the "Payment request URL" field
  • Payment requests expire after a while, your QR code keeps working
  • You can replace the payment request link with a new one later
2 Choose the style of your QR Code
The code gets no background of its own, so you can place it on anything.
The frame around your logo becomes transparent as well. If you want a solid patch there, switch on "Custom frame color" under the logo.
None (transparent)
Makes the code's blocks semi-transparent. This does not make the background transparent — use "Transparent background" for that.
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .svg allowed. 10 MB maximum.
Removes the modules behind the logo for a cleaner look (recommended). With a transparent background the cut-out itself is transparent too.
Pick your own color for the frame around the logo — for example to keep a white frame on an otherwise transparent QR code.
Quality set to 30% automatically — a logo covers part of the code. You can change this yourself.

Everything you need to know

What is an event QR code?

One QR code with all your event's details — date, time, location, and description. Scanning it offers a one-tap option to add it to the calendar.

Change the date and location without a new QR code

Rescheduling the event, or changing the venue? Update the details in your dashboard — the QR code on invitations and posters keeps working exactly the same.

See who's showing interest

Your dashboard shows how often the QR code is scanned, giving you a sense of interest even before the event happens.

A design that matches your invitation

Choose colours and a style that fit your poster, flyer, or digital invitation — including your own logo inside the QR code.

Straight into Google Calendar, Apple, or Outlook

Visitors never have to type anything: the QR code works with every common calendar app through a single standard format.

Set an automatic reminder

Add an expiry date and reminder to your event QR code, so visitors don't forget the event as the date approaches.
