1 Complete the content

In short

  • You receive money with a payment request link
  • You cannot put a bank account number in a QR code
  • Create the payment request with your bank
  • Copy that link and paste it into the "Payment request URL" field
  • Payment requests expire after a while, your QR code keeps working
  • You can replace the payment request link with a new one later
Want to add multiple phone numbers, emails or websites? Choose the paid QR code and you can add more afterwards.

Phone number including country code, digits only
With the free QR code, a short text is added to the Notes field in the contact.
JPG or PNG, max 10 MB. Will be cropped to square.
Modern Separated cards, subtle icons
Classic Large photo, bold name
Color of the top block. The gradient is derived automatically.
Adjust text color
By default the text color matches the header color automatically for readability.
On iPhone, your contact details can be added directly to contacts after scanning the QR code. On Android this sometimes works, but not always, depending on the device and Android version. That's why for Android the most user-friendly choice is to show it in a preview.
Only changeable with a paid subscription; defaults to preview
2 Choose the style of your QR Code
The code gets no background of its own, so you can place it on anything.
The frame around your logo becomes transparent as well. If you want a solid patch there, switch on "Custom frame color" under the logo.
None (transparent)
Makes the code's blocks semi-transparent. This does not make the background transparent — use "Transparent background" for that.
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .svg allowed. 10 MB maximum.
Removes the modules behind the logo for a cleaner look (recommended). With a transparent background the cut-out itself is transparent too.
Pick your own color for the frame around the logo — for example to keep a white frame on an otherwise transparent QR code.
Quality set to 30% automatically — a logo covers part of the code. You can change this yourself.
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .svg allowed. 10 MB maximum.
Upload a background image first to use this mode.

Everything you need to know

What is a vCard QR code?

A vCard QR code holds your full contact card — name, phone, email, company and more — in a format every smartphone recognises instantly. Scanning it opens "add contact" right away, no typing required.

Always your current details

Changed jobs, phone number, or address? Update your vCard in your dashboard and the already-printed or shared QR code automatically points to the new version — no new QR code needed.

See who scans your card

Track in your dashboard how many times your vCard is scanned, when, and from what device type — handy for checking whether your card is in the right place.

Fully styled to match your brand

Choose colours, module and eye shapes, add a frame, and place your own logo in the centre. Your vCard QR code matches your brand or personal style this way.

More than just a name and number

Add multiple phone numbers and email addresses, your job title and company, social profiles, and even a photo — all in one scan.

Works on any phone, no app needed

vCard is an open standard supported by iOS, Android, and every common contacts app. Whoever scans it has nothing to install.
